When your organisation uses Talent IQ, the platform may process workforce-related data provided by your employer or organisation, including:

  • Skills profiles, competency assessments, and learning records.
  • Career development goals and internal mobility preferences.
  • Team composition and collaboration data.

This workforce data is provided to Talent IQ by your employer (the "Customer") under their own data governance policies. We process this data as a data processor on behalf of the Customer, who remains the data controller.

  • Device information including browser type, operating system, and screen resolution.
  • IP address and approximate geographic location.
  • Pages visited, features used, and time spent on the platform.
  • Referring URLs and search terms that led you to our website.
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7 below).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Talent IQ platform and services.
  • To create and manage your account, authenticate your identity, and provide customer support.

Waitlist and marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, after which we will remove your information within 30 days.

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
